The largest project in the company's history. As the primary full-stack developer I replaced the legacy plant operations platform: routing, scheduling, dispatch, inventory, compliance, a Kanban board and mobile workflows. I also migrated 4 other applications, each with its own BFF layer.
I migrated the legacy design system (Material UI) to a new one built with Tailwind and a reusable component library. On that base I built the new public site in Next.js with Builder.io as a headless CMS, so content ships without engineering, and the internal site in React.
